Design today faces a challenge: to continue producing ephemeral objects, tied to passing fads, or to create collections that can transcend time, tell stories, and become cultural legacies.
Personally, I believe that the future of design is to experience beauty.
Not an abstract beauty, but a concrete one: one that arises from material, from craftsmanship, from sustainability, from the ability to excite without the need for excess.
As CEO, founder, and artistic director of Cristallina Design, my desire is to bring this beauty to the world. Our vision is clear: to create collections that don't follow passing trends, but endure. Creations that tell stories, that excite, that are passed down through generations.
Cristallina marble, the only Swiss marble, is the ideal material to realize this vision. Created over 240 million years ago from the calcification of marine elements and coral in the Alps, it is an ancient and precious stone. A living material, combining deep roots and contemporary potential.

Cristavino Collection: Beauty that Celebrates Wine
September is the month of the grape harvest, and it's no coincidence that right now we want to showcase one of our most popular collections: Cristavino.
Wine has always been a symbol of conviviality and culture, in Europe as in many other parts of the world. Ticino also preserves a deep-rooted tradition, intertwined with the memory of the region.
In this collection, Cristallina marble meets viticulture, transforming into a creation that unites sculpture and function.
The French designer who created the Cristavino was inspired by the arches of cellars, translating that imagery into a simple and elegant form. The result is an object that embodies the memory of its territory, yet speaks a contemporary and international language.
The Cristavino was presented at the Fuorisalone in Milan, before over 80,000 daily visitors, and was also a key feature of our official launch in Ticino. On both occasions, it impressed with its sculptural power and functionality.
Thanks to the natural properties of marble, Cristavino maintains the ideal temperature for wine: refreshed for white wines, stable and protected for red wines.
Available in various shades, from pure white to more intense variants, each Cristavino is unique, unrepeatable, and customizable in the 14 colors of Cristallina marble.
More than a wine collection, Cristavino is a cultural gesture: it celebrates conviviality, elegance, and the identity of the region. It is designed for wineries, private homes, and restaurants that wish to preserve excellence in timeless style.

Returning to the essence of design
The story of Cristavino reminds us that design is not just form, but meaning.
Every collection created by Cristallina Design aims to convey this: true luxury is not ostentation, but authenticity.
This is the meaning of our work: transforming Cristallina marble into a universal language that unites nature, culture, and vision.
Because beauty is not an ornament: it is an experience that accompanies us and shapes our way of inhabiting the world.
Cristallina Design. Collections that give shape to time and voice to beauty.

Have you ever toasted with beauty?
We do.
Cristavino is not just a collection: it is a cultural gesture that unites marble, wine, and memory.
If for you too, design is authenticity, emotion, and substance, you're in the right place.
Every month the Cristallina Journal opens a window onto our world: a story dedicated to interior designers, architects, collectors and those who believe that the future of design is experiencing beauty.
